The Game

A game he played.
It was all for fun.
A game he played,
the game was called love.
She was the piece and he was the player.
She was the piece, he would use and play her.

A game she played.
It was all for fun.
A game she played,
the game was called love.
Because feelings are meant to be played with right?
It's a game, no consequences--out of mind, out of sight.
Forget what he may feel,
she dismisses the consequences of her actions.

People are pieces to be played with, no need to confront the consequences of their actions.

Tragedy.
