Where do I begin? A moment in time that involved months of preparation and then felt like just that, a moment. But, what a moment it was. I had the honor to be the director of camp this year and I was nervous. I had a lot of insecure thoughts and was afraid if I would be able to rise to the challenge. And then I realized, the moment wasn’t about me, it was about “WE”.

I have never experienced the depth of community and what I believe the reality of it, until I officially came on with Opportunity Tribe. And my mindset shifted from getting a task done perfectly to how can we accomplish this together, even if it’s not perfect.

Because when “WE” do it, well that is where I believe God is too. That’s where the magic happens. That’s where life happens and there’s not a single word that can articulate the value and meaning of that.
