Happiness

smiling with pure joy, happiness while leaning back in a chair

This kind of happiness is not something we stumble upon once all of life’s problems have been solved. It is not found exclusively in possessions, achievements, relationships, or favorable conditions. Rather, it is a way of engaging with life that remains available even in the midst of difficulty.

My aim is to explore a form of happiness that is resilient, sustainable, and deeply rooted—a happiness that is not merely a destination to reach, but a way of being, a way of living, and a way of meeting life itself.

Not because life becomes easier, but because our inner world becomes steadier.
