For me, well-being is the capacity to live fully on this earth—physically capable, mentally clear, emotionally grounded, and genuinely alive. It’s having a quality of life worth experiencing. It’s being able to engage with life rather than merely endure it.
In this category, I explore the factors that I believe contribute most to cultivating a life of health, vitality, and fulfillment. Together, we’ll examine questions such as:
- How do diet and nutrition influence our quality of life?
- What role do habits and training play in who we become?
- How do our environments shape our health and behavior?
- Why is recovery just as important as effort?
- How do relationships contribute to a life worth living?
Through the lenses of diet, training, lifestyle, recovery, and relationships, my aim is to explore what it means not simply to live longer, but to live better.
