I asked my brother and his now fiancé what to write about and there were some ideas they pitched to me and one I thought I was going to write about, but it seems I’ll be writing about something entirely different haha. 

That’s what happened this weekend. I almost canceled this trip because it wasn’t unfolding how I expected and if I had, if I had chosen not to surrender, I would have missed a pivotal moment, my brother proposing and being witness too that ! A memory we now get to store in our life stories that is shared, how awesome is that ! A memory I am honored to be a part of ! But not only did I get to witness that, I got to experience being out of the United States for the first time and enjoy life with people who mean a whole lot to me.
